My experience was excellent with Spot Insurance for two important reasons. First they showed compassion for my dog and myself. Second they acted quickly. I submitted my invoices and they took care of the rest. As a follow up, they sent an email expressing their compassion and later made a personal call checking up on me. I appreciate everything they did knowing how difficult my situation was.

Hands Down the BEST Pet Insurance
I’ve been with Healthy Paws for over 15 years, and they’ve been absolutely incredible every step of the way. This past year has been one of the toughest for my senior dog—she’s battled a bone infection that may have reached her knee implant, histoplasmosis, and now bone cancer. Each diagnosis has been painful, expensive, and emotionally draining, but thanks to Healthy Paws, I’ve never had to hesitate about getting her the care she needs. Their claim process is effortless, their communication is clear, and reimbursements are unbelievably fast—often within just a couple of days. There’s never any hassle, never any runaround (which I have experienced with 3 other pet insurance companies over the years)—just genuine support and compassion. Because of Healthy Paws, I’ve been able to focus on what really matters: making my dog comfortable and giving her the best possible quality of life.
