Fetch Pet Insurance is a SCAM
Fetch Pet Insurance is a SCAM, and refuse to reimburse for legitimate medical bills for my pets. After the 4th attempt at trying to get them to reimburse invoices, they told me that they had no idea if and when they were going to reimburse me because they are undergoing some changes. There are thousands of complaints and bad reviews of similar situations. I wish I would have done my research before getting my pet insurance through them.

So glad I got this pet insurance. It made it easier to make medical decisions for my pet without having to panic about cost. Submitting claims was easy and stress free, the approval process was quick and transparent, and the customer service agents were always helpful. All responsible pet owners should use Embrace
On my birthday, I came home to my Pomeranian covered in water and shivering in fear, as opposed to waiting for me at the door. He couldnt walk and even yelped as I tried to carry him. I knew something was wrong and immediately rushed him to a 24/7 vet. There I found out, he must have gotten zoomies and slipped on the tile causing a chipped bone. Had i waited to take him to the vet I would have seen he’d be able to walk normally the next day, however, should not be allowed to exercise as it could make the injury worse. Having gone to the vet, I was able to get much needed medicine/xrays and guidance to have the peace of mind knowing I can take my pets to a vet without having to weigh cost as a concern. Thank you Embrace! Kai should be all better in 6 weeks!
