We had to unfortunately use the insurance for our dog. Filing the claim was super easy!! I uploaded to the application once all the bills were received on a Tuesday and by Friday the claim was paid and Monday the money was already in my bank account!! Really had no idea what to expect…needless to say it couldn’t have gone better! Thank you Spot for making a scary time that much easier.

Great customer service!
I called for pre-approval for an accident my cat had and they let me know how to make the process even faster. My reimbursement was approved the same day! Their website is also easy to use and the woman I spoke with on the phone was so kind and compassionate. I highly recommend Embrace!

Terrible
Terrible. Took well over a month to get it processed, low transparency on why they elected what they did. They issued and sent a check without any confirmation about where I wanted that to be deposited and sent so I have yet to even receive the very small amount they offered. I took my dog for an emergency And they are barely paying anything. I am so unsatisfied I’ve messaged them and not heard anything back.Do not recommend.
