We adopted our dog from the Humane Society. He is six years old and we have no prior records for him. We filed a claim with fetch pet for an office visit and they requested his records from year ago. I have sent emails stating we don’t have those records because we adopted him in April 2024. My husband has called and spoke with a representative who was going to notate our chart. on Friday, November 8, my husband got an email stating our claim had been put on hold. The reason is because we have not sent in paperwork for him for the last year. I am beyond upset and tired of paying for a service that is not fulfilling what it says it does.
