Gonna end up going with another…

Gonna end up going with another insurance. For a 1.4k bill they gave me 178 dollars and than proceeded to bill me and take it back. They claimed it was the deductible but i’ve been paying the insurance for months to get basically nothing. shame. They also didn’t take the money twice on the normal pay date (when i had money in my account) waited till the money for the return was given to than took the money twice. We really need that money because the death of our beloved eldest dog, and Embrace really crapped on us. Go to aspca i can’t believe they did this to us.

My dog got bit by another dog in the park and I took her to the vet. I submitted the vet invoice through the mobile app portal and about a week later, I was notified that the claim was approved and reimbursement would be mailed to me. I'm very thankful to have Embrace Pet Insurance. Although I've had years where I never filed a claim, it's really helpful to have it when accidents happen. I'm also very happy to see that the claim was quickly approved without any additional followup.

I've had embrace insurance since my pet was 3month

I've had embrace insurance since my pet was 3months old ...essentially have paid thousands of dollars over the last 14 years....i tried to file a claim early on and was quickly told that wasn't included.... i haven't had another claim until now...and i submitted my pets first hospital bill...its still under review... i submitted a lesser vet bill and it was process and only $35 of a $550 bill was paid... im very disappointed with your practices and feel as if ive been paying into a racket!!! so disappointed and would never use u again...and if anyone asked id advise against it as well!!!

Responsive and Helpful

Embrace was great about responding to claims for my puppy who fortunately seems to be fine now. Uploading vet bills was fast and easy. When I had a question about how to separate wellness charges from medical charges on the same bill, Embrace customer service was very responsive and took care of it for me. I’m happy I chose Embrace.

Nobody to speak with

I have been a customer since February 2023. I also have been trying to actually speak to person (not AI chat) to discuss my claims. I have sent emails and each time a different person responds and makes it painfully obvious that they don't understand what my questions are. I have uploaded my pets health history 3 times (several documents) and they still say they don't have it. Fetch has been horrible to deal with. They were fabulous when I was signing up and now I feel totally ignored. I'd never recommend Fetch Pet Insurance to anyone. 9/13/25 UPDATE (from 1 star to 3): the day after I left this review I received an email from Fetch with a telephone number on how to contact them. I called and got the most wonderful representative named Key who explained what Fetch was looking for (none of the gazillion emails ever did that). She even is going to contact my vet for me to get what Fetch needs for my claims. My final star rating is 3 because it shouldn't take me leaving a bad review to get Fetch's attention.

My Pets Best experience has not been stellar

My Pets Best experience has not been stellar. The turnaround time takes far longer than suggested at enrollment. For us, very few items have been covered; such as thousands in Ivdd surgery and all accompanying visits, meds, mri, X-rays, etc. (which would not be covered by “any” ins company) Any kind of tummy trouble, which for us is considered a pre existing condition because our dog was diagnosed with tummy trouble before we enrolled. The lesson learned here is to sign up for pet insurance the very day you bring your dog home. Absolutely. Do. Not. Wait.

Owed $8oo - never paid

I submitted 4 claims that were reviewed. I received 4 EOB's and issued 4 payments. The EOBs state the payments (totaling over $800) were issued on 9/10. I have yet to receive the money and my bank shows nothing pending. What type of company closes out a claim & sends a survey asking for you to review the claims process, but forgets to actually paid you.
