I submitted my claim and it was a very easy process. I received timely emails regarding the status of my claim. My claim was processed and my reimbursement received in less than two weeks after the date of our vet visit. I have never received such amazing service from an insurance company. NEWLY INSURED AND GRATEFUL FOR SERVICE! I have always had dogs, but never had insurance. For our dog's 7th birthday I booked a wellness visit and purchased insurance for MY BEST FRIEND because we want CJ to have the best always in care. ASPCA was easy to process, when I didn't understand quite how to navigate my claim for the wellness visit the lady on the phone line was gracious and helpful. My reimbursement came right away - sooner than expected. I can't say I look forward to more dealing with this company or that would mean health issues for CJ, but I'm feeling protected financially because I took the step to protect him and us. Thank you. WOW!
WOW! So impressed Healthy Paws is inquiring about my precious Oliver. He is the love of my life & can’t imagine losing him. Seems he never gets a break!! He, so far on chemo, is doing well. We go this Weds for more bldwrk & exam. UCDAVIS has looked everywhere for the main tumor but cannot find it. It’s an aggressive cancer & I’ve asked the vets not to tell me the odds for how long I’ll have him. It’s very sad 😢 The very best thing I’ve done was to put pet insurance on all my cats & now my new puppy. Thank you SO much for the speedy reimbursements. I’ve told so many people about HEALTHY PAWS. I love you guys so much and it warms my heart you asked about him. MUCH APPRECIATED ❣️
