SO DISAPPOINTED

UPDATE: This is a canned response and is not in any way an answer. Corporations are all gouging us and all record profits they are making showing the gouging increases are not necessary. Just look at all corporations profits. They are not satisfied making money they are greedy and want more and more and more from us! Money we simply do not have! Until we stop buying from the corps doing this they won’t stop! The control is in our hands. Notice their answer is for us to pay MORE out of pocket to lower premiums which is counter to the reason for buying insurance to help SAVE US FROM MORE OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES. They want to charge us more and give us less. Again, that’s corporate gouging. 1st posting…👇 We have been with Embrace since 2007. We used to pay $200 a month for 3 Mastiffs at one time with $200 deductible & 90% coverage, but now we are down to 1 mastiff and he is at 80% & $500 deductible and paying way over $200 per mo. This is LUDICROUS. You have made it so that Bastian is our LAST MASTIFF & maybe last dog because as we go into retirement with only Social Security to live on there is no way we can afford it - we can barely afford the payments now while still working. Many dogs will now die because people are being forced to cut back and not have them because they are too much of an expense all because of CORPORATE GOUGING & GREED. Shame on you all. I am so disappointed and heart broken because these mastiffs are the best breed in the world.

I pay $125 per month

I pay $125 per month, they covered $50 of the vet bill for well visit and did not cover the bortella vaccine. This is a requirement for dog boarding. I think this has become a very greedy company. I am afraid if there is a larger problem and they will over much less than expected. Disappointing company.

Thank You Pets Best!

I've had PetsBest for 4 years now for peace of mind. I've never had an expensive emergency or claim until now and was so worried about the cost and if insurance would really work to support. It took about 10 days to receive the processed claim response from my dog's emergency surgery. I'm so thankful for the coverage and ease of working with PetsBest. I'll share this news with everyone I know and stress how important it is to have coverage. It really helped! And my dog is recovering well! I'm happy!"

Wonderful!!

I’ve been a Pets Best customer for 2 years now, and I can confidently say they have been absolutely wonderful. They’ve covered everything included in my plan without any issues, and their claims process has always been smooth and straightforward. Knowing that my dog is protected gives me incredible peace of mind, and I truly feel like they care about their customers and their pets.

Find a different pet Insurance company

I paid my premiums EVERY MONTH for over 2 years. Difficulty with online claim filing (unable to upload documents) left me with 2 years of no help with vet bills. Finally customer service gave an email address. After spending hours sending all my ITEMIZED INVOICES FROM THE VET OFFICE, the claim was denied stating the invoices needed to be itemized??? I inquired about getting which invoices were unacceptable. Only response was that they were not itemized. APPARENTLY I HAVE DONATED $1000 TO PETS BEST IN THE PAST FEW YEARS. Please check out another company. Don't donate your hard earned money to this company, like I was forced to do.

MetLife Pet Insurance

I have insurance through them on all three of my dogs. I find the insurance very affordable and easy to work with. This is the first time I’ve ever had pet insurance and after a year with them, I’m about to renew my policies. I never knew insurance could be so easy.

Foreign Body Surgery

My 7mo puppy ate a toy that morning and started instantly vomiting so I knew something was wrong. Brought him into my vet clinic and was able to do the surgery right then and there to prevent any illness or injury from prolonging the GI surgery due to non-existing funding because I had insurance on him. They even directly paid my veterinarian so I didn't have to worry about payment that day. Pets Best was a life saver...LITERALLY.
