My dog had a $11,000 ICU bill and the woman on the phone actually walked to the “ claims dept” to make sure to guarantee my pets visit was covered and I didn’t have to wait for an answer and worry if I could afford it. Today when I reported that my dog had died, Megans response was heartfelt and felt genuinely sympathetic. This is a great pet insurance company. I utilized their services to the max. My premiums did triple over five years but I expected that . Thanks for taking care of my girl. Highly recommend.
