My vet's office doesn't file claims. However, the online claims process for Spot Pet Insurance is easy and quick. Just download the form. Fill out. Send back. Notification of receipt and processing are sent quickly. Reimbursement arrives is a reasonable amount of time.

The wait times on hold to speak to…
The wait times on hold to speak to someone are a little ridiculous, a suggestion would be a person to be able to be called back, waited 30 min, got someone they got disconnected on their end, waited another 30 min on hold, then I gave up!! This needs to be fixed

Good overall coverage
I love how much coverage is provided and how much you can customize. I do wish there was a 25,000 cap of insurance because the option of 10k or unlimited are far ends of the spectrum. 25k would provide a good middle for those who do want a cap instead of unlimited. I also don't love the turnaround speed from claim to payout. There are a few competitors who have a faster turn around.

Honestly I almost cancelled…
Honestly I almost cancelled my insurance because my cats are older and seemed to be healthy BUT I am very thankful that I didn’t because one of my cats got sick and after almost 2 weeks and 3 different vets she is better and doing fine they still don’t know why but thank goodness for my coverage they paid within 2 weeks can’t say Thank you enough!!
