Josh was absolutely amazing to deal with. I called because o recently purchased pet insurance from a different company but wanted to find out more about what Fetch had to offer. He answers all my questions and explained very clearly all the features of Fetch insurance. He made me feel very comfortable with changing my previous pet insurance. Fine until they increased my bill by over $100/month
I've had Embrace for several years with two dogs and up until now I recommended it to other people. I find it easy to submit claims online and they approve/pay pretty quickly. It was fine until this year when they increased my bill by over $100/month. I expected a small increase like every year but this is astonishing.

Poor service from adjusters
Adjusters never return your calls or messages. You can call a million times and you will never get a response from them. Customer service will try and help as much as possible but the adjusters need customer service training.
