Disappointed with the service
Disappointed with the service. Two of my claims have been on hold, despite the needed records being sent over via email. The interface is not capable of allowing you to update/push info so someone from Embrace can view the new info. We called and the person who was helping couldn't advise why it was on hold or what the status was. It's been two months with no solid update, not really worth what we've been paying for this service.

STAY AWAY FROM EMBRACE ! They do not pay the claims!
Embrace will look for an excuse to not to pay the claims. In my case I submitted a claim in June3rd 2024, they claimed that they needed the medical records, which i submitted to be accepted as a client, and they indicated they did not received the medical records. Actually I have verbal confirmation they received those medical records and they did not hanged the hold on my claims. Complete Incompetence. I strongly suggest to go to Nationwide Pet Insurance. Embrace has been there for my dog Keanu…
Embrace has been there for my dog Keanu when he was feeling ill. It helps to choose a plan that works well for you and your pet. It helps to get reimbursed after a pricey visit. There was time where Keanu was nauseous for a week and took him to emergency care and the bill was hefty but it helped my little guy. I later got reimbursed a descent amount to help ease my finances due to the deductible I have on his plan. If you want to save some money with certain visits embrace is there and there customer service is there to adjust the plan to your needs.

Beware
Beware! Use any other pet insurance but this one. They start off great paying the small claims but when something becomes an issue they like to say it’s “pre existing” their rates jumped 40% and they are real quick to charge your card the monthly fee. If my pet had pre existing conditions then why did you pay them out at the beginning? Pneumonia is not pre existing. Pumpkin Lemonade Figo Spot is the worst. UPDATE- Review the account- these are not preexisting conditions- your company paid out several claims for the same issues from 2023.

Best decision I have ever made
I cannot begin to explain how amazing Prudent Pet has been. My best buddy, Archbishop Clarkifus of Clarkington Abbey (his friends call him Clark), was diagnosed with cancer. Unfortunately, it was in an area and at such a progressed stage treatment wasn’t really an option. The diagnostics and initial visits were such an unexpected expense. Thankfully, Prudent Pet was there to get Clark the care he needs. If not for his policy we would not have been able to determine what was going on and immediate euthanasia would have been the only option. Being able to see exactly where his tumor was allowed the vet to provide amazing palliative care. I was sure I was losing my best friend on Sept 4th. Instead, I’ve been able to keep him comfortable and happy, with regular vet visits to monitor the cancers progress and tweak the treatment plan as needed. I know this is the beginning of the end for him, but I cannot thank Prudent Pet enough for all of this extra time loving on the Archbishop.

Been over a month on my first claim and…
Been over a month on my first claim and it still says “pending”. I called and was pretty much told that it’s still being reviewed. I have submitted everything that was requested, even when I first signed up and still no answers. My other pet is insured by Nationwide and I’ve never waited longer than 3 days most claims are paid within 24 hours. Will change my review if/when claim is completed or a better answer is given.
