We have been using Embrace for our Aspen for years, I would give them 6 stars if I could. Quick to respond, easy to talk with someone on the phone, app is straightforward and easy to use. Embrace really does make it easy...plus the price is great!

Submitting claim is easy
It is easy to submit claims but questions arise as to what is covered and what is considered preexisting conditions. I am glad I have the insurance but with what I pay in premiums, I wish the coverage for accident/illness would cover more.

I switched to Embrace after having Pets…
I switched to Embrace after having Pets Best Insurance and frankly, I regret it. Customer service was much better with Pets Best. I could actually get someone on the phone. With Embrace, it seems that every time I have called the wait is so long that I give up. My first submitted claim took about a month in review. The second claim for $24 for my pet's hyperthyroidism meds was denied in it entirety with no explanation . The EOB just said "not covered" but provided no reason. I looked at my policy and RX meds are to be covered. Overall, I am not very pleased with the company and I regret leaving Pets Best.
