We used Embrace for our accident-prone pup for most of his life. Submitting claims was easy, and they covered everything that we expected with no issues. They were also very kind when he passed away in his old age and gave us a refund for the remaining time on his policy. I highly recommend them.

Appalling customer service.
Appalling customer service. Changed my credit card number in November. Received automated email to update payment information on Dec. 1. Updated payment info Dec. 10 and received email acknowledgement. Received identical email Jan. 1 to update payment info. Logged into my account to see that I note that my policy was scheduled to be cancelled due to non-payment. No other communication of any kind was received between when my payment info was update on Dec. 10 and Jan. 1 to acknowledge any issue or any necessary resolution. This is now the second time that this exact situation has played out for this policy. What good is an online insurance product if systems cannot facilitate basic processes like updating payment information? Crazy. Customer service is 100% soulless and focused on gaslighting me as a customer when it's a clear that issue has resulted from very poor execution of internal processes and basic IT data management. If you choose to use Sonnet - buckle-up - it's a wild ride of gross incompetency.

Very Positive Experience
Was very easy to use the Embrace calculator to figure out an acceptable payment for the Embrace insurance and Wellness plans. I chose Embrace primarily for the Wellness Plan that many other companies do not offer but when I did have a medical claim it was fully covered almost immediately. When I had a question recently the Customer service person was knowledgeable and helpful. My experience with Embrace has been very positive.

I signed up for Fetch this week and could not have been happier with the service I received both before signing up and during the process. Pet Advisor Amanda brightened my day and made the registration process super quick and simple. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We are evaluating policies for a dog…
We are evaluating policies for a dog and Pets Best is half as much as the other Company we are considering. We had questions that could not be answered through their website or sample policy (e.g., what is a “participating Veterinarian” to be used to decrease the waiting period after initial enrollment) , so I tried contacting them via chat, but the system was overloaded and they directed you to the website or to call. I called them, noting that they don’t make their number easy to find on the website and the phone tree hurdles you need to clear to get someone are quite the gauntlet; that alone took 2 minutes 14 seconds. I was on hold for 20 minutes with no end in sight and decided that if it’s this difficult to reach them then we don’t want to do business with them.
