Chris McRae was great to work with
Chris McRae was great to work with, I called because I was a bit confused with the best plan for my Bailey. He explained in a clear and precise manner all the options. After speaking with him I purchased a great policy that will handle anything that could come up. Thank you Chris

I was trying to change my address from…
I was trying to change my address from Canada over to USA and I received a call from Amanda Mello. Wow, she was extremely helpful and nice! I realized that the process wasn’t as simple as just changing online, but after receiving Amanda’s help, it really went smoothly. She explained everything so well and had so much patience with me. She even put in a ticket with IT and called me the next day at the time she promised me to finish the whole process. She is one of the reasons I love having my pet insurance with Fetch. The world needs more people like her. Thank you Amanda!

Impressive!
Impressive! Cost and list of what you provide for it were within my price range. The lady was quick, efficient and answered my questions with obvious knowledge. I had already compared the prices with several other companies and was comfortable with my choice.

Help with getting appropriate coverage while reducing premims
Embrace representative reached out by phone because our policy renewal was expensive. When I called back, she helped me figure out how to reduce the premium without reducing the protection that was important to me. She was patient, knowledgeable, and went over every imaginable option (more than once). She understood what I wanted for our geriatric dogs and helped me figure out that raising the deductible was the most cost effective solution. We LOVE Embrace. They have always paid our claims promptly and fairly.

My claims are resolved quickly.
My claims are resolved quickly. However,I don’t want to create an account with a third party just to arrange reimbursement. This is cumbersome. Additionally your online chat option for help never works.

Being told that arthritis is a pre-existing condition for cancer?
Being told that biopsies were covered and then to get denied stating that they are not covered and cited a "pre-existing condition of arthritis" was absurd when the biopsies were testing for bone cancer, which as a medical professional, I know those are completely different diseases and not caused by one or the other. Spot can do better for spilling out this incorrect information. It was disappointing and absolutely wrong. Not sure what kind of medical/vetinary background your company has. Paid over $2k in monthly premiums this past year only to get every claimed denied. Last month, Spot decided to allow one vet visit but I haven't met my deductible yet. Also funny coincidence that after that claim was approved that my monthly premiums went up over $50/month with no notice or explanation as to why. Seriously think twice about Spot.
