The claim was processed quickly!
The claim was easy to submit, but the most surprising thing was that not only was my claim approved, but it was processed and paid so quickly. Before this experience, I thought Prudent Pet might look for ways to deny claims. I was pleasantly surprised that they did what was right. I now feel confident that this insurance is worth keeping.

Non existent Customer Service
Customer service is trained to not answer calls and delay working with customers. This company is a fraud who will not pay claims but will continue to increase premiums. If they know you are wanting to cancel they will actively make the process difficult. I worked with Jennifer who was rude and closed my chat twice when trying to resolve the issue. When trying to cancel they renewed my plan at a higher premium. This company should be avoided at all cost.

Excellent Pet Insurance Services
My dog, Rocky, had a gum mass that was completely removed through surgery. Unfortunately, five days after the procedure, both ears became swollen and red. The doctor diagnosed an ear infection and an allergic reaction, which were treated with local and oral medication, along with an immuno injection. The total service fee was about $1,500. The reimbursement process was easy to follow and was processed quickly. We highly recommend the company for their excellent services.
