My most recent claim went through lightning fast. It only took a little over a week for Fetch to review my claim and deposit my reimbursement into my bank account. Fetch gives me so much peace of mind knowing they are in the background helping to cover expenses which would be a hardship for me without them. Thank you Fetch!

Compassionate Care and Full Coverage
We recently lost all three of our pets (2 cats and a Newfoundland dog) over the stretch of 6 months. Embrace was incredibly supportive covering nearly all our expenses and being most compassionate during this very difficult time. We highly recommend them.

Overall pleased
Embrace pays claims in an orderly manner ONCE they understand the information given them. They repeatedly asked for a diagnosis from my vet and me when the information was already given. Their Customer Service was very professional, polite and helpful once I got through. Overall, they are good but need to work on their review of the claims submitted.

We enrolled our Black Lab in Spot a year ago, and they have been great. I've had to file a couple of claims, and they've always been processed smoothly, effectively, and covered as per the plan. Whenever I have had to contact the team directly, they are very friendly and helpful!
