story: "I've had Pets Best insurance for both of my Cavaliers for almost 3 yrs. It's amazing how fast the reimbursement process is accomplished. I have 2-3 claims a month bc one of my dogs has a heart condition. I've only had difficulty with one claim and that was because my Vet repeatedly neglected to send the information requested. Pets Best was in no way at fault for the difficulty and tried numerous times to get required information. I would choose this insurance over and over. They cover the conditions/issues they say they will. It really is the BEST!
Pets Best… best decision I ever made!
I honestly don't know what I would have done without Pets Best. As my three dogs have gotten older, there have been several tests, cancers and surgeries that have needed to take place. Having Pets Best insurance has been invaluable in allowing me to make the right decisions for my dogs, as well as enabling the best care for them as they age. In addition, the turnaround time on processing claims has gotten much faster! In most cases, I have already been reimbursed in time to make my credit card payment… which has been so appreciated. Thank you, Pets Best, for helping me care for my girls with the dignity they deserve in return for all the unconditional love they give! 🙏

"We got a new puppy last year and decided to get pet insurance just in case. Bowser got sick (coughing and vomiting). We had to take him to the vet where they kept him for 2 nights while running tests. It was super easy to submit the claim and heard back sooner than I expected with a detailed claim summary about what was covered, I'm very glad we decided to get the insurance and didn't have to worry about how bad the vet bill was going to be while we were worried about our sick fur baby being sick. "

I have been with Pets Best for many years and now with my second dog. I absolutely love them. Their customer service is wonderful and their ease of submitting claims on the app is great. The rep I spoke with when I called in to ask about a claim was very helpful. She answered my questions, waited to make sure I could get into my account on the app, and walked me through the process. She acted like she really wanted to help me and not just rush through my questions. Very polite.

Thankful for Pet’s Best
I am so thankful to have had Pet's Best insurance throughout my dog Maverick's IVDD journey. From the first signs of injury, through the surgical process and the following physical therapy treatments I never had to worry whether I could afford treatment. This was all due to having insurance I could rely on. Claims have been paid promptly which has relieved a great deal of stress. We can never thank you enough for enabling us to get the best care for Maverick so that he can live a happy, pain free life. I recently got involved in an accident…
I recently got involved in an accident whiles it was snowing and was giving a rental car which was supposed to last me for 30 days per the policy I signed . I received a call on the 20th day whiles I was at work to render the car immediately and if I decide to keep the car , I need to bear the cost of the rental . It was such an awful experience and noting has been done about my claim till date . Avoid sonnet by all cost . They are not responsive to calls and don’t care about their customers
