Excellent Customer Service
Interaction with the Embrace rep was excellent. After shopping several other insurance companies I got the best explanation of benefits from Embrace. Also it was the only company that offered additional discount to military vets.

Hello. I have to sent kudos to Kionna, the customer service Lady I dealt with on the phone this morning. Well spoken, informative, polite, and seemed genuinely interested in helping me out. I was looking for information on starting a claim, and, never having done this before I had a bunch of questions. I'm sure she has dealt with confused old farts before, but she was patient, and explained my options thoroughly. She was a true pleasure to deal with, and having had a background in sales and call center training, She hit all the right notes walking me through your procedures. On November 1st
On November 1st, I took my cat to Urgent Care and I had inquired about Spot insurance that day. I was informed there would be a $500 deductible and it was $50 a month, so I agreed. For the next month and a half, I was taking my cat to the vet and was communication with Spot. They told me to submit the claims and that I should be expecting payment reimbursements soon. My cat unfortunately had to be put down, and I had to close out with Spot, and they reassured me that I can continue to submit the claims for reimbursement. A month goes by and I receive nothing, so I called them. They then told me that because my cat was taken to the hospital for coughing before I signed up with Spot that they would not cover anything. First off, I signed up the day of, not after.. second, I was not made aware of that policy and had I known, I would have been much more diligent in where I would have taken him. So instead of them doing their job, they did not communicate that part of the policy to me, took my money and I ended up with nothing.

Pets Best is awesome
They always make it so easy to make a claim! I just submit my vet receipt and they send me a breakdown of what is covered and what isn’t. My dog has allergies and is on injections and pills for it. I recently got her allergy tested and started immunotherapy drops and they covered a lot of the testing and the medication!
Fabulous process for claim submission
Fabulous process for claim submission! So easy and it can be done online or through the app. Easy to take a photo of the invoice with my phone and upload it to the claim department. Lightning-fast turnaround on payments and they just go directly into my bank account. Thank you for making the process so smooth and efficient!
