My dog needed surgery for a luxating patella. The claims were very easy to file online and I received reimbursement within a week. The surgery costs with preop appointments was close to $4000, so I was very grateful to have the coverage. The only complaint I have is about the increase of premiums after the first year. The coverage was well worth it though

Premature request for review
You prompted me to write a review about submitting a claim. Yes, the apparent submission seemed simple enough. As you have not approved it, nor have I received reimbursement yet, it seems quite oddly premature. Edit: I now see this review is tagged as an “unprompted review” which is clearly a lie.
