Pet's Best for 7 years
I have faithfully been with Pet's Best for nearly 7 years. Extremely easy claim submission. Turn around for reimbursement has continued to shorten over the years. In every claim I have been satisfied with the decision and reimbursement. They are always very helpful in Customer Service. I would highly recommend their insurance. Obtaining their insurance when I purchased my puppy was one of the best life decisions I have ever made. Keep up the excellent delivery of your product!

Medical records were provided within one month of claim. Claim left open for over six months. Claim for or oral surgery denied because symptoms of inflamed gums present. Inflamed gums do not place us on notice that surgery was required. DO NOT USE THIS CARRIER.

Over-Grooming
Our beloved cat, Patches, is engaging in over-grooming, and Pets Best has been incredibly supportive as we go through the trials and errors of various medication’s, bloodwork and vet visits. She looks like she is not wearing any pants, because she is bald from her back down.. Now, she has chipped a tooth which has exacerbated the over- grooming and is having it removed, which we hope helps. Pets Best has helped us through the process, - being compassionate and understanding as we try to get our baby back to health.. We highly recommend their service.
