I wish to commend Rachel Dillard to you for her superior customer service. I am so thankful to have had the pleasure of working with her. Beginning in October, I had made several phone calls to Fetch Pet attempting to establish claims dating forward from July, 2024. Conversations with multiple customer service representatives and one supervisor, even though they were nice, never successfully resolved my problems. Although my veterinary hospital, MSPCA Angell Animal Medical Center, had provided all requested records, soap notes, and invoices, only one claim had been established. After patiently listening to my frustrations, Rachel was able to use her caring, calming, and over and above professionalism to completely resolve my issues. She located the proper documents in your system, obtained supervisory permission to establish claims from July 30, 2024, forward, and successfully worked to initiate all the required claims. She took personal initiative to do all of this, followed up on the entire process, and kept in constant contact with me through her personal email to keep me apprised of progress. Please provide Rachel the appropriate company commendations for her excellent service to your company and to me.

Invaluable!
I love Pet's Best insurance! They have always paid out on our claims without much of a fight. I have been a Pets' Best policy holder for 20 years and will continue to keep my pets insured with them as long as I have animals. =)
Easy filing claims, responsive but lacking in coverage
For a healthy, young pet like mine, I need little services other than wellness checks/vaccines and meds like heartworm and flea/tick. The coverage I get from Pets Best reimburses me for some expenses but I feel there should be more coverage. I end up paying way more to have the insurance than it provides back in benefits but I understand that's just insurance. They do make it easy to file claims and communicate well about their processing of claims/payments. Just wish they covered services more fully.
Quick and Easy Claims and Reimbursement
This was the first claim I've had to submit as my formerly completely healthy cat was diagnosed with a heart condition. We had a pretty hefty bill from the cardiologist and I was worried it would be difficult to submit a claim but to my pleasant surprise it couldn't have been easier! I got the claims result back in less than two days and received the reimbursement in a week which was really impressive. I'm thankful there was one less thing to worry about in an already stressful time. Thanks Pets Best!
