Trupanion ..good partner for your pet's well being
Both of our previous Golden Retrievers were enrolled with Trupanion ...due to our last pet's medical issues, I would never be without pet insurance. Whenever we contacted one of your Reps, they were always most helpful. Have just enrolled our new puppy ..the process was completed in a professional and informative manner. Our Vet Clinic is able to submit any claims directly from their Office ...very convenient. I understand that payment to the Vet Clinic can now be done as well. Thank-you for your assistance last Friday to set up a plan for my new puppy.

Pretty awesome idea to give people a free month of pet insurance, however to actually get customers to continue using the insurance, they should actually cover a vet bill during the free month trial...otherwise what is the point. Refused coverage for a vet bill after signing up for the insurance. Looking into the payments as well, they seem rather expensive ($160 range / month). Seems quite a bit more than other companies.

Incredible support as our senior cat crossed the rainbow bridge
We unexpectedly had to say good-bye to our senior cat in October 2024. It was so challenging, and the Embrace team not only made it as painless and smooth as possible, but they also sent us a card embedded with seeds that we could plant in our kitty's memory.
