She was very kind, compassionate, empathetic, and knowledgeable. She was able to answer every question I had and explain it very clearly. She also was great helping me determine the best price and coverage for us and Maggie. I’m so very happy to be joining prudential pet and feel at ease knowing Maggie has coverage.

Affordable initially but they’ll rip you off once you’re with them.
Initially I was quite impressed with Fetch but I just received my first renewal notice and they’ve hiked my premium up by 15%!!! This seems like a ridiculous price increase given I haven’t even been with them for 6 months (my pup is only 9 months old for context so not many issues health-wise).

If I could give them zero stars I would. I really liked Fetch Pet Insurance in the beginning and then it all went down hill. They were constantly asking for more documentation when they already had everything. I rescued a puppy and then signed up for insurance for all my dogs. They had everything from the start but were asking me for information that didn't exist. I have never had to fight so hard to get reimbursed for stuff they said they would cover. I am so fed up, I am cancelling and taking the loss. It's not worth my time and I think that is part of their process. They want you to give up trying. I WOULD NEVER recommend them to anyone!

Such an easy process!
After having precious dogs with health issues, we purchased insurance for our current pups. Our 2 year old developed kidney stones and needed unexpected vet care. It was easy to upload our claims and they were processed quickly. Fast payment was wonderful, especially knowing that she will need follow up appointments with additional charges.

I dealt with Shelley, who was not pushy and worked with me to get the best coverage for my dog that I could afford. I am impressed with the different levels of coverage that are offered and I was happy to see that there were many options available to allow you to tailor the coverage to your needs.
