This is not the first pet insurance…

This is not the first pet insurance company I have been with, but it is the best one. The premiums are reasonable, the coverage is good, the claim process is easy, and the payout is quick.

Very pleased with Embrace insuring my 2 pups

I signed both my dogs up once they joined our family. This was 15 and 12 years ago. The rates have increased due to their ages but the coverage, service, ease of use to submit a claim, and payment time is great. If I get another dog, I would definitely sign up with them. I’m glad I found them.

Excellent fill coverage

So far this has been easy to use insurance that covers a lot. My old insurance stopped offering per policies and I tried Spot. Glad I did, it is much better with the gold preventive care. No pet insurance will pay most of the bills, but Spot covers more then most and the payout is pretty fast.

We are disappointed with Trupanion

We are disappointed with Trupanion. We have gone from $50 to $80 and have been advised that we will go up to $118. All the while a recent claim for eye drops for a new eye condition was endlessly questioned and many emails back and forth and still nothing. This despite the fact that our canine ophtalmologist was clear that this was not a condition that existed before our dog was insured. So why we have to pay so much more for a condition that is no being recognised let alone getting any payment for his drops? Its not worth $118 - we might as well just pay it all ourselves. Very disappointed with the way we have been treated.

Love Pet's Best!

Pet's Best has always provided coverage for any illnesses that our dog, Scout has had. We've had this insurance since he was 5 years old, and he is now 11. Of course the premiums have increased, but Pet's Best has not let us down. We did not use the insurance much until recently Scout was diagnosed with diabetes, and they have covered everything, even eye care to prevent his cataracts from blinding him.

Very slow to process claims and…

Very slow to process claims and extremely expensive. We've been customers of Pets Best since 2019. Rates continue to increase at about 30% per year for each pet. A 7-year golden retriever now costs over $700/year to insure after a $700 deductible. $58/month. Add in a second pup and count on at least $100/month in pet insurance costs.
