I was looking for a better rate within this climate. I was able find your company online and made a call. I had a very helpful conversation with a gentleman who guided me thru their online app. The app is new so there were bugs we came across but in the end we got it done together. Very fast turn around for claims. Would be nice if wellness claims would show available balance for the wellness items so I don’t waste my time or theirs when I have used up the wellness allowances for each item. Otherwise, never had a problem with claims.

I just got me policy renewal in a 90% increase I asked why and was told it was due to my dogs age my dog has recently turned 3 years old and inflation was the reason.strange as the inflation rate is sitting at around 3%. Just another example of consumers being ripped off by insurance companies

My experience with Nationwide was fantastic! They covered so much for my beloved dog and paid all of my claims within a few days. They sent me a wonderful letter after she passed and refunded my unused paid premium. When I get another pet, I will definitely use their services again!
