Quick and compassionate
I never had an issue with my cat until suddenly I did. His emergency trip to the vet ended in his extremely heartbreaking death. Spot was quick to process my claim and made things even easier by automatically cancelling my coverage for my cat. They were quick, but compassionate. Rest in peace, Louie

Thank You Embrace!
My dog became very sick and eventually passed away this year. With Embrace, we were able to get him some treatments that helped extend his life and gave us some more precious moments with him before having to say goodbye. This cost us next to nothing and we were reimbursed for the bills very quickly every time we submitted a request. It has been as great of an experience as I could hope for. We will definitely keep using Embrace.

Not sure of this company…
I have not had any luck in getting a refund on my dog's bills. I will give this company 1 more chance, then I will look for another pet insurance. I hope other people had better luck.
