"Pets Best is the first pet insurance I have ever had and I am so pleased with their service. Sadly my sweet kitty has been diagnosed with a heart murmur which means lots of vets visit and lots of vet bills. Pets Best makes this situation so much better, easy on line filing process and a fast claims processing with a direct deposit into my bank account. Very simple and easy to understand. Prompt, thorough, efficient and fair
They have been prompt, thorough and efficient. Very fair, and never rejected or challenged a legitimate claim. The time period spanned several months of attempts to diagnose and treat my cat. Some invoices included non-covered items but the covered items were promptly paid. And the claims process is easy to use. They made a hard time for me a little easier.

Quick, easy, and paid!
I had to take BOTH cats to the ER vet because I wasn't sure which one ate the missing strap from a camisole. I was stressed, anxious, afraid, and worried sick about my two little troublemakers, and dreaded the bill for them both. They're worth it, of course, but it was expensive and I had never filed a claim with pet insurance before and was afraid it wouldn't be accepted due to the many horror stories of pet insurance companies not reimbursing. I am so grateful to be able to say that everything that qualified to be reimbursed per the policy documents WAS reimbursed, and without counting the deductible, a $1200 visit only cost $300 in the end. I have called all of my pet parent friends and told them about Pets Best and the experience I had because we all view our pets as our kids, and want the best for them always. I have peace of mind knowing that the premium paid every month is going to an insurance company that has my babies' backs and WILL support the medical care they may need at any time. I am so thankful for PB and the ease of the claim process, especially in the midst of a stressful situation. I cannot say enough good things. This is my first experience with pet insurance and I am so glad I went with Pets Best.
