They repeatedly had issues with my claim even though I provided them with all of the information I had, and they even were in touch with the vet. They then accused me of hiding records for my animal so that it wouldn’t reflect on their account. I cancelled my policy immediately. Of course they refused to reimburse me for any of the visit even though some of the services were covered. A joke. Do not use them.
