I had a hard time uploading the paperwork; but i called the number and Nicole basically walked me thru it, which was nice. I was fed up and about to give up i didn’t and my rebruisement was deposited in 2 days.

I was able to get reimbursement quick…
I was able to get reimbursement quick and very easy. I took my cat to her vet appointment for her annual checkup and vaccinations that were due. I submitted the encounter form with the receipt that evening. Four days later my reimbursement was in my bank account. That was it! Quick and very easy. I am very satisfied with Pumpkin pet insurance and their customer service personnel who processed my claim. They did exactly what they claim in their company brochures. Bravo!

Quota are easy…coverage isn’t
Submitting a quote is pretty straightforward and easy, and they do tend to send reimbursements promptly. I’ve recently had a series of claim submitted due to “pre-existing conditions”. To me this is outrageous, deemed illegal for humans, and inhumane. I don’t know if all pet insurances do this, but for this reason, I would not recommend MetLife.

The company is really sneaky, charges without you realizing ..
The company is really sneaky in the per insurance, it's crazy hard to see what taking place due to the web page I was using when I was approved for adopting a rescue pet. Then all of a sudden I get a notice that they charged my account, then a notice they are charging my account today as well!!! I was paying the Rescue agency the adoption fees and this Prudent Pet insurance scams in and starts immediately charging. I tried for 4 hours to reach someone to cancel and NOTHING!! Emails. Voicemails, nothing back. Nothing on the website allows me to cancel either (or it's hidden so well) the company is horrible due to this. Due to the shady method this company gets its business, I suggest no one purchase pet insurance through this agency.

Still trying to change my address. And they papers that I put in before this incident you have put on hold and I have heard nothing from you. You keep asking me for paperwork I don’t have you have spoke to the vet veterinarian so I’m very confused about what to do about that one.
