I have been dealing with Trupanion for a number of years and every time I have contacted them about any questions I had they have always been very responsive and helpful.

Client oriented company!!
I was impressed with the efficiency and promptness with which claims were responded to and handled. Communications were concise and clear. Checks were promptly cut and mailed. Option was presented for faster payment if I allowed the company to do automatic deposits. But the hard copy was sent without any long delay. I was very impressed with how professional and customer oriented the company strives to be and succeeds in being.
