Sometimes is an unbearable insurance company.believe me I would not be writing this review if I was not 100% satisfied. I recommend that you try this company,you have nothing to loose and everything to gain.

INCOMPLETE COVERAGE
HORRIBLE coverage--hardly covers anything and this company has the gall to charge customers $127 per month! Absolutely USELESS insurance! Additionally, keeps hounding customers to submit health records even when customers have submitted all health records and STILL hardly covers anything, which ends up costing consumers MORE money than not having insurance.

Becoming less and less impressed with Embrace. They make the pet parent jump through hoops and resubmit documentation that's already been submitted and then make it sound like it's the pet parent's fault.

Embrace Provides Poor Service
There have been a few, limited bright spots in the past, but Embrace has lost significant integrity in these last years. Categorizing issues such as Kennel Cough as a pre-existing condition is astounding. It is obvious that Embrace has come to be focused on profit over care. While these types of maneuvers have unfortunately grown common place in this sector, it is disconcerting to see it happen in a once well-run company. I would strongly advise against using Embrace to anyone that is considering its services.

Healthy Paws has been just wonderful to me and my two cats. Their customer service is responsive and payment, especially through direct deposit, is extremely fast. They cover an extremely expensive diagnostic for one which would have been out of reach for me. Highly recommend.
