You didn’t cover her doctors visits where they have to have follow up appointments to see her for her surgery and her tumor. That’s not good service if I have to have appointments for a serious illness. I’m bummed at your service. I’m hoping you will modify this

Blessing
Trupanion is amazing. Easy to submit claims, unbelievably fast completion and hassle free. My dog has a very serious condition and Trupanion is a blessing in the midst of trying to care for her and give her the best possible quality of life. Thank you!!!!

I haven't ever had any problems with Trupanion.
I haven't ever had any problems with Trupanion. They have always been available, if I call. And after dealing with Michaela recently, I am just so impressed! She was absolutely amazing! She was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. She is a true asset to your company!!
