I recently lost my German Shepherd unexpectedly, and received a phone call and a hand written card from the Animal Care Clinic, offering their condolences. We have always received excellent care at this clinic. Everyone is always kind and shows Bennigan lots of love and patience. My questions are always answered well and I don't feel rushed or like we are just a number. Benny missed a few checkups, due to our lives being a bit chaotic in the middle of a pandemic, but everyone was kind and caring and welcomed us back. We are always given multiple choices for treatment options, and that is much appreciated. My family had used this clinic since I was a little girl, and we will never go anywhere else!
