We picked up our pup from a breeder in Red Deer, Alberta who highly recommended we consider Trupanion for pet insurance needs, Trupanion provided one month free trial. Our call with Trupanion customer representative was handled in a very professional manner with all our questions being answered. We would highly recommend that pet owners consider pet insurance requirement from Trupanion.

They adjudicated the claim fast which was great but didn’t explain what they were paying for and what they weren’t. Very vague saying I didn’t have enough coverage. I asked for more clarity but never heard back.

2 Cats and So Far, Good Experience
So far (6 months), I have loved working with Pets Best for my two cats. It is a great insurance and I have no complaints currently. Claims don’t take a long time to be processed (at most 2 months for the most difficult claim) and reoccurring claims (like for medicine) are processed within a week.
