Very Happy with Wellness Rewards Plan
I purchased the Wellness Rewards Plan in addition to my insurance, since I knew I would make up the cost and get my money's worth no problem (I get a monthly dose of Revolution for my cat.) For this particular claim, I submitted receipts for Revolution and a fecal exam and was refunded the full amount I asked for with no hassle at all. If you don't mind waiting a couple weeks for everything to process, and if you actually remember to submit your receipts (I just emailed them along with the form), then it's totally worth prepaying for additional Wellness coverage!

Submitted wellness claim on 8/22/14, email on 8/28/14 saying claim was processed and payment was on the way!Neat feature allows online claims tracking. So far, Embrace has not disappointed me.

Healthy Paws has been a life saver for my family!
I have 3 dogs and Healthy Paws has been wonderful! I chose the 90% reimbursement option and it has paid off in spades. My oldest dog recently had 2 rumors removed (one from each eye) and I was reimbursed within a couple of days. Not only is it quick and easy to send the information via email, but the follow up to check on my dogs. I have been with them for about 5 years now and have been very satisfied!

Great, quick response
Our cattle dog had a common calcaneal tendon avulsion. In other words the equivalent of his achilles tendon snapped. Trupanion has been quick to evaluate the claims and covered a large portion of both the surgery and the follow up care.

they would get a higher rating...
if they would respond to my emails, or return my phone calls. Overall they eventually provide summary and what is being issued, however, they are not easily accessible by their 800 number nor email.
