Best Experiance Ever!

We got Remmi when she was 2 months old (April 2013) a few months after our older bullmastiff had ACL surgery, which we didn't have insurance for. I researched numerous pet insurance companies and kept coming back to Pets Best. November 2013 we decided to sign up. Then to find out in January 2014 she has luxating patellas (yes both knees). February she had surgery on her left knee and the right one just this past July. We haven't been denied any reimbursement that we've submitted. Anytime I contact the team they have been the most pleasant, knowledgable and helpful group to work with. Simply amazing - thank you Pets Best!

Diva Cushen - Lymphoma

Pleased - though processing takes too long as the claim details are usually the same and hve been submitted previously in other situations due to Diva's condition.

Bilateral Entropion

My English Bulldog required bilateral entropion. For those that do not know what that is, it is simply the surgical procedure that removes skin around the eyes due to inward folding eyelids. This condition caused my dog constant eye irritation and more importantly, corneal ulcers. Thus, my dog endured the procedure which went well. However, the aftermath was quite scary. My dog didn't recover well and required multiple doctor visits afterward. Her appetite disappeared and she was completely lethargic and expelled no energy. She coughed and was wheezy and she had diarrhea. Her eyes were completely fine though. After three more vet visits, blood tests, and full x-rays, she was diagnosed with suspected pneumonia as a result her breed type. We incurred A LOT more costs than expected. Luckily we have TRUPANION insurance and they covered the surgery and all post-operative complications so far including the full blood tests, x-rays, and medication. I am extremely pleased that Trupanion considered all her post-operative complications under the same deductible as the bilateral entropion. I have full faith in Trupanion as a fair and compassionate pet insurance that recognizes the financial burdens that pet owners face. I would definitely recommend Trupanion insurance, especially if you have a breed that is high risk to many complications.

Excellent service and follow up

We recently submitted 2 claims, 1 for each of our dogs, they required different medical assistance and the follow up from Trupanion was fantastic. Both claims were resolved in a timely fashion and to our satisfaction.

Healthy Paws is INVALUABLE!!!!!

Best thing we ever did was to purchase Healthy Paws insurance for our dog, Jake. He had to have x-rays and meds for a hurt paw. My vet submitted the claim and Healthy Paws kept me advised of the status throughout the process. Easy as pie and received 90% of payment the next week. It truly does pay for itself. I tell all my friends with pets that they are crazy not to purchase this. Jake also has a skin condition and Healthy Paws pays for his monthly medication. Simply cant go wrong. And to top it off....best customer service ever!!!!!!
