So happy to have Insurance on my new puppy!
I have a Labrador puppy that is into everything. Even though we watch him like a hawk, he can swallow the most irritating object in a split second. He has eaten rocks, dirt, sticks all of which have made him ill and have stomach problems. I have had to take him in serval times for diarrhea, vomiting and stomach aches. The protocol usually involves X-rays, blood work and sometimes IV fluids for dehydration. This all adds up to an expensive Dr visit. So thankful for Healthy Paws and our insurance coverage. They are fantastic, fast and even checked up on our sweet pup after his last Vet visit. I would recommend them to anyone needing pet insurance!

The claims forms are very easy to fill out online and even easier to email. The response is almost immediate with very fast payment. If there is a delay, you are notified and kept up to date. I could not be more pleased.

A MINORITY VOICE
I am really in the minority after reading about 20 reviews. I had never taken out pet insurance until this time. I read about 5 different companies and ended up with Embrace. I asked if her first exam would be covered. I was told over the phone "yes. you have chosen the maximum coverage." My 1 yr. old cat had her first exam, passed with flying colors and I was handed a $250 bill for the exam and the various blood and stool tests plus injection. I called Embrace to find out what I do next and waited on the phone for 20 minutes before being disconnected. I called again and after holding for 1/2 hour, hung up. I sent an email. No response. I told this to my vet who said they would call. They telephoned me the next day to let me know they could not reach anyone either, but they said they had enough information to put in the claim without the help of Embrace. 4 weeks has gone by and I decided to use the website to find out when to expect my refund. The website told me I was not listed. I called and after a hefty wait, I was connected with a woman (they call her an "embracer.") who told me they had major website and phone problems. She apologized and then told me that I had MINIMUM coverage and could not be reimbursed for anything except major accidents. WHAT?I realized then I was certainly with the wrong company.

I have used Healthy Paws many times over the past year of my new puppy's life. They are efficient, timely and very helpful. I am so pleased with this service. I had a another pet insurance for my last dog and I can't rave enough about how much better Healthy Paws is! Highly recommend!

AMAZING, HONEST, AWESOME COMPANY!
My Labrador Kira literally overnight developed a large lump on her shoulder, which turned out to be what's called a seroma (fluid filled cyst). I was frightened to say the least, thought it was cancer and we were facing something sinister, but I was also SO relieved to be able to run every test needed to determine the prognosis because I had Embrace. Embrace not only provides amazing service, great rates and products, but also total peace of mind that my beloved pet is in great hands with both her vet and Embrace. My claim was processed in less than a week and a check issued within 2 weeks. It has been a LONG time since I've dealt with a company who actually does what they promise to do in a totally seamless manner, AND does it professionally with a smile and outstanding service.
