After reading the unhappy reviews I decided to cancel the policy I applied for 18 days ago. Even though they claim to return your money 100% if you cancel within 30 days they did not. Now I will keep shopping for another company.

There was a quick response time when putting in our claim at the vet, after our French Bulldog had to have unexpected spinal surgery. They covered a significant amount of the costs and were very timely in their response to the vet.

Your automotive phone is just horrible
Your automotive phone is just horrible! I have been a customer for 6 years and to this date, it doesn't recognize my phone number. I have asked your agents at least 40 times to please look into it. Still not fixed 6 years later and 5 pets are insured with you. I have been paying 6 years worth of premiums and it still isn't fixed! You change policies every year and the benefits get less, but the price goes up!
