Trupanion has enabled us to care for our much loved addition with ease by providing the coverage needed to assist with the costs associated with x-rays and ultrasounds as well as ongoing medications. The customer service is excellent and the direct payment to the veterinary clinic works well. Thank you Trupanion for being there for us and our little kitty "Hope".
Wasn¡¦t a great experience. Tried to do it on line - all kinds of glitches. Had to register by phone. I did this by clicking on a link in an email from you. The person on the phone had no idea who I was so had to take all of the information I had submitted several days earlier.
