So Happy with this plan...
Our puppy was having problems with his trachea or esophagus. We thought he got bitten or ate something he was allergic to. We took him to the Emergency Clinic. They were awesome and the way they handled the insurance was absolutely seamless...Highly recommend.

Good service but very pricey.
The service is good, with claims being processed quickly and efficiently. However, in the past 5 years our premiums have more than doubled, from $41-$97/yr. This despite the fact that there is a $250 deductible and routine pet exams and procedures are not covered. So we are paying about $1200/yr. and typically never qualify for any reimbursement for regular vet visits, tests, vaccines, etc. I know this could change as our pet gets older or there is an accident, sickness, etc., but by that time our premiums may have doubled again! So it seems of questionable value at this point.
