Online application wasn't easy. I also called customer service a few times with questions and they we're very attentive.
Healthy Paws has covered not one but two (18 months apart) ACL repair surgeries for our Boxer mix, Zoe. As you can imagine these surgeries were very expensive and stressful for Zoe and our family. They have been checking in to see how Zoe is doing and couldn’t be nicer. They have also covered several other medical issues expeditiously and with no questions asked. Highly recommend Healthy Paws.
I submitted a claim for my dog. I followed the instructions on what is needed for the claim, and sent everything in. At the first review, they said I was missing something. I called and talked with a rep who found the information had just been overlooked. She put it back through for processing, and I it was processed with a check mailed out before the end of the week.
On 10/15/2020 we sent claim fir Maverick and you put down Cyclophosphamide 25mg caps #7 AND Furosemide 50mg tabs #5 as Wellness when clearly these relate to Mavericks Lymphoma diagnosis and are part of. Cancer protocol. They should be in Illness category. I called you and emailed you an you ignored both. Correct asap.
I did tons of research on pet insurance before choosing Healthy Paws, and I don't regret it one bit. My doggy got sick and I had to take him to the ER. Luckily he is better and I didn't have to even worry about costs, just his well-being. I submitted a claim after he was discharged and they processed it in a matter of 2 days!! On top of that, they reached out personally to check on how my dog was doing. They have amazing customer service and you can see they care about their customers. So as you can see, my experience with them has been amazing and they have exceeded all expectations.
