Don’t know what I’d do without Trupanion
Trupanion pet insurance is a pleasure to deal with. Claims submitted online are processed quickly and efficiently. Never a hassle!!! Well worth it to have some protection for your pet when it comes to Vet bills.

Trupanion saved me thousands of dollars!
Trupanion saved me thousands of dollars on my dogs TPLO surgery! I'm so glad that my dog is insured by them! Trupanion does pay out their claims and I had no problem at all with the process. I submitted my claim on a Sunday and by Tuesday my money was I'm my account. Trupanion makes it very clear what is and what isn't covered before signing up so anyone considering it just has to make sure they read everything before.

I have now had to call Customer Service 3 times each time got another team member.
I have now had to call Customer Service 3 times, each time got another team member. I spoke with Camille, Tammy and today Sarah and each Representative was extremely helpful. They also each showed genuine concern for my Hanna's well being. I have had the insurance for 5 years and this is my first experience using it. Camille was nice enough to send me several documents as I was unable to sign onto my account. She also forwarded my issue to IT to have it resolved and sent me a follow up email. So far my experience has been wonderful.

Trupanion doesn’t accept most claims
We did not get reimbursed for the teeth exam. Anesthesia for his cleaning. This should have been included

Claims made easy!
Claim submission in the portal is extremely easy. Once the deductible has been met, future claim submissions are paid out relatively quickly.
