I had an ER visit for my pup recently & it took place over the weekend. Being able to call & ask questions about my coverage helped me make decisions on my dog's care.
The customer service is great! You pay for what you say you are going to pay.

A total disregard to it¡¦s policyholders. I expect to hear from someone in authority from Trupanion as to it¡¦s inexcusable conduct to a loyal policy holder, who always paid the premium on time!
The claims process was very easy. In fact, my Vet submitted my claim electronically and I heard back from Trupanion right away. I received an email and a check within a week. It was so easy.
The claims process is so easy and fast! my claim was processed is under 2 days. I needed to call and speak to someone to clarify something that I had sent and they were very helpful. I have already recommended Trupanion to several people.
