The claims process has been simplified
The claims process has been simplified, no longer requiring scanned/signed forms. It was extremely easy to submit invoices and vet notes, all without further explanation or clarification. I received payment the next day!

Reading the Contract with no backup
At some point the person was reading the contract and I later recalled she said something about "prison". It was so fast and on the phone without something to read in front of me. That certainly can be improved.

Easy to upload to the app and payment is usually very quickly provided that the person has all the information that they require so far it has been a great asset with our new puppy who unfortunately had some issues and I’m so glad that we took the insurance
