Got it done in the end
Embrace knew what the precise hold up was whenever I called. The vet's office seemed to be the one that had missed something that Embrace required. The vet's office complained about not having proper contact information at Embrace (email, fax, website, etc.), I don't know if that information is readily apparent on all of the communications that originate with Embrace.

Delay while they find a reason to deny . I cancelled one of my pets insurance already because he now has kidney decease completely new this year. 2 of the symptoms are vomiting and diarrra which they use as a pre existing condition. Completely outraged by this because lots of different conditions have diarrrah and vomiting.

VERY PROMPT CLAIM PROCESSING
I recently adopted my feline fur baby, Frieda. She developed a bladder infection and Fetch was VERY prompt in reviewing and processing the claims. Frieda is feeling much better and so am I, knowing that Fetch is their for us when we need them. Thanks a bunch!

I would not recommend Pets Best
I would not recommend Pets Best. What was advertised versus what they actually cover is very different. My experience is pet insurance with Pets Best is a scam. They purposely make the fine print unclear and have basically denied every claim saying it is not covered even spaying or medication is being denied. It was a waste of money to sign up. Their policy is not clear and the amount of time it takes them to process a claim is easily delayed 2 months. Don’t waste your time or money. Use the Costco pet insurance instead.

The absolute best insurance that money can buy. I am eternally grateful to Pumpkin for all of the support through this last year. They were a saving grace while my wife and I battled issue after issue with our beloved boxer before having to put him to sleep. I'll be back soon Pumpkin to add our new family members very soon.
