Pets best insurance has been amazing
Pets best insurance has been amazing! We have a great plan that helped to cover expensive surgery and rehab with no questions asked! We just added our new pup to the plan. I am greatly appreciative of the ease of this insurance and have shared with family and friends. The only thing is at times it can take a little ling for reimbursement but never more than 5-6 weeks.

Very slow speed in processing claims
Very slow speed in processing claims All of my claims takes almost 2 months to process. Their team will always tell me that they are working on my claim, but I keep waiting. Also, they keep asking for the same document, and I submit them multiple times, and they still claim it's missing. It's very frustrating and very slow. After my kittens are older, I will really want to switch to a different insurance provider.

The app is great
Fast easy claim filing using the app. Quick reimbursement if you opt for direct deposit (quite slow if you wait for a check). When my older dog passed they saw the claim and automatically removed his account from my monthly bill (i have another dog insured as well) so I didn’t have to worry about that. About as compassionate as an insurance company can get. Very fair rates and coverages without crazy rate increases. I will continue using them for my animals as long as they keep up the good work.

Best InsuranceHealthy Paws! Just like a family to me
Healthy Paws has served us well over the years. They have a history of paying claims. My first dog had 3 knee surgeries. The cost was over $13,000 and Healthy Paws paid 90%. Then he developed Mitral Valve Disease (MVD). The electrocardiograms twice per year and daily heart medication cost thousands of dollars a year. Healthy Paws paid. The last year of his life he was in the hospital twice. This cost $20,000. Healthy Paws paid. My second dog had kidney and PDA surgeries. Healthy Paws paid. Then he developed Mitral Valve Disease (MVD). Healthy Paws paid. He was hospitalized for 6 days with life saving treatments. Ventilator, supplemental oxygen, etc. This cost $28,000. Healthy Paws paid. And finally, although it was a very sad time, Healthy Paws paid for the euthanasia. Healthy Paws always came through! Thank you, Healthy Paws.

PetsBest has been absolutely wonderful
PetsBest has been absolutely wonderful. After my cat caught a dangerous fungus it was months of appointments, an amputation, medication, and lab work that would have been a heavy financial strain on us had it not been for PetsBest. <3

Ridiculous policy premium increases
Ridiculous policy premium increases! I have been a customer since 2020. After moving less than 5 miles away, my policy was "re-instated" to reflect my current address. My monthly payment went from $85 to $127 which is bad enough. When i called to discuss this I was told that my monthly installments were actually $157 and the $127 showing online is a "technical error". Almost double! for moving less than 5 miles!
