Easy claims process & great service
Our cat developed cancer and Embrace covered us fully every step of the way, with no pushback, no claims denied and no hassle. Claims have all been processed quickly and in full, sometimes the same day or next day. We have been very happy with Embrace.

They don't cover anything
They don't cover anything. If you want coverage for anything that you would actually need insurance for, you have to get it as an add on. Definitely a huge waste of money. Switching over to Banfield asap.

Absolutely THE worst
Absolutely THE worst. We have been loyal customers for over 9 years. I have paid over $6000 in premiums. Never missed a payment. Always on time. Even after our monthly payments have tripled, I stayed. I have gotten ONE claim back for $46. That is it. When I signed up in 2015, they had a program where your deductible decreased if you didn't have any claims. Mine was down to $100. They have now decided to just get rid of that. NO notice. No email. No letter. No common courtesy. Nothing. There was no compensation. No trade off benefit. Just a "oh well" from them. We stayed and paid the increased premiums because of this benefit and they stripped us of it for no reason and no notice. Absolutely horrible company.
