Terrible
Terrible. Took well over a month to get it processed, low transparency on why they elected what they did. They issued and sent a check without any confirmation about where I wanted that to be deposited and sent so I have yet to even receive the very small amount they offered. I took my dog for an emergency And they are barely paying anything. I am so unsatisfied I’ve messaged them and not heard anything back.Do not recommend.

Vet bills covered
We had just picked up our 10 week old Landseer puppy & went to a friends home to show him & visit. The puppy was tired & laid down next to me. Then when out of nowhere & without warning, a pitbull mix jumped on him & severly bit him on his legs, causing much damage. We brought him to Sage emergency vet & found out his bite wounds had a highly drug resistant bacteria. We had not thought ahead & purchased Trupanion insurance. The vet bills & followup came to about $15,000. OUCH!!!! We then proceded to buy Trupanion pet coverage for him. At about 4 months of age, the puppy developed a slight limp in the forleg. Back to the Vet & after a CT scan, he was found to have a tear in his shoulder. Trupanion was great & paid their share of the Vet bill immediately. The total bill for this surgery & diagnosis came to $12,500, Trupanion was great & easy to work with!!! I highly recommend them!!!!!!

Embrace has always been easy to deal…
Embrace has always been easy to deal with...until this small claim. I have downloaded health information several times because they wanted it for this claim and I am getting no response. I just restarted the same claim. Hope I get results this time
