When I submit a claim
When I submit a claim, they go over the claim and take the time to see what my insurance covers. There was one time they denied my claim. I took pictures of my policy to show them what is covered and they made it right.

Love Them
Love, love, love Embrace. Super easy to file claims and navigate policy information. Once, I had to call about clarification on coverage for my rescue dog and customer support was so nice- and the issue that needed clarification was in fact covered. (yey!) Overall experience= EXCELLENT.

You (don't) get what you (don't) pay for.
Pro: Cheap. Cons: Lackluster customer service, jacked up prices on renewal They did a nice bait-n-switch advertising Free TELUS Virtual Healthcare membership but then only said 2 months after my renewal that this was only available to "NEW" policies. Gross practice by Sonnet considering their agent made significant changes to my policy and pricing leading me to believe it was a new policy.

Ecstatic Choice
It is so easy to file a claim, they process it quickly and more often than not cover the claims. They don’t look for reasons not to other than obvious pre existing conditions. I am ecstatic that I changed to them when they were recommended to me. I could not ask for more in any way. Great customer service on the phone too!
