To be honest, I am surprised at how well this is working. I bought Insurnace a couple of years ago and am just now having to use it. It’s been a little overwhelming trying to get all of the initial documents submitted but now that I’ve got that taken care of, claimed re going through fairly easily and the customer service has been great. GREAT INSURANCE COMPANY
I purchased an insurance policy with Trupanion for my dog. Several years later he developed a major health problem. I had him treated 5 days a week at my vet. The claims were submitted to Trupanion. They were always processed and reimbursed expediently. The customer service representatives were always knowledgeable and professional. Then I developed a major problem with a veterinary clinic. Trupanion intervened on my behalf and resolved the issue to my benefit. THIS WAS ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT THEY WERE REQUIRED TO DO. Trupanion is a highly rated pet insurance company and I highly recommend them.
