They don’t read documents just instantly deny the claim then it takes 30 days to reassess then they came back and denied it again because they didn’t read the dates or notes and said it will take another 30 days to reassess! Good luck talking to a real person it’s all bots

First Claim A+
Recently had our first experience with a claim and it has been seamless. Spot has counted payments towards the deductible and once it was met, they paid 90% of the remainder which is what our plan covers. There were no questions asked when I supplied the invoice, they paid. Could not be more pleased with Spot at this point.
